Summer Fun

Brooke and Mckinley had some fun finding rock treasures at Wizard Lake.

Joshie was fascinated by the sand, thinking "what can I build here?"

Ava built her very own sand castle with doors and trees and everything.

Elena and Tiff just hanging out, and enjoying the warm weather.

Lindsay getting everything organized for dinner on our camping trip to Nordegg.

After we got settled ...off we went for a quick bike ride.

Ivy loves to ride bikes, grandma wasn't as sure she could make it a safe ride, so it was short. She later had a longer ride with her dad.

Ivy and Grandma had fun playing in the cold, cold water together.

We enjoyed the time together and the beautiful veiw!

While Ivy and Grandma relaxed and played back at camp, her mom, dad and Grandpa went hiking up the Via Ferrata.

Grandpa is having fun!!

I love the sign, that only makes him more excited to do this hike!

Dad and Lindsay having fun in the outdoors together, with Abraham Lake in the background, Stunning scenery!!

What a veiw! And a beautiful day for hiking. James is enjoying his hike, but where is his helmet...

Ivy was a great little camper, but got very cold at night.

Her 'bear hoodie' tried to keep her warm, but her little face still got chilly...but she had a good time.

She's a good little camper!

Brook and Mckinley visited and looked around the cabin. "What can we do to help, Grandpa?"

They enjoyed going up the ladder, and looking around upstairs, but going down was very scary!!

Ava, Josh and Elena at the unfinished cabin With Grandma and Grandpa.

They saw the kids 'special attic room' and Ava said "Hurry and get it done, Grandpa!"

We are anxious, too, Ava, and hope it gets done this year!
